From a Local Guide to a

City Living Network began with one city guide — Laguna Beach Living — and a simple idea: local perspective carries weight when it’s done well.
What followed was unexpected but telling: paid partnerships, press invitations, long-term brand relationships, and a sustainable full-time business.
Then the questions started coming in.
Women from other cities — real estate agents, creatives, entrepreneurs — wanted to know how to build something similar in their own towns. Not a blog. Not an influencer page. But a guide that felt established, trusted, and worth returning to.
City Living Network was created to make that possible.
Rather than years of trial and error, CLN was built as a system that handles structure, design, and strategy — so each editor can focus on taste, perspective, and connection.
Today, City Living Network has helped launch two dozen city guides across the U.S., from Maui to Naples, Boulder to Vegas — each built with intention, structure, and a long-term view.
