    Naples earned its pickleball reputation because of its large number of courts and frequent hosting of national tournaments. In fact, the Minto US Open Pickleball Championships, held annually in Naples, is the largest tournament of its kind globally.

  • Naples was Founded by Two Kentuckians.

    In the late 1880s, Kentucky U.S. Senator John Stuart Williams and Louisville businessman Walter N. Haldeman founded Naples, seeing its potential as a resort town.
